I believe that every one has his/her definition of success. For me success has so many different facets. At one point in time it could be the achievement of a big goal and at another point in time it could be having the courage to take that first small step, perhaps something that others not might consider a success. I think success is personal. For me success is connected to feelings of joy, satisfaction, pride and more. When do I really feel successful and how do I notice and realise it?

One thing is certain: success, for me, is not only the achievement of that one thing, be it big or small, but extends to the way in which it was achieved. It includes the learning curve, the failing and falling and the getting up. It is made up of the benefits others could have gained on the way, together with the joys and sorrows of experiencing.
