It’s that time of year again—a season of reflection, joy, celebration, and togetherness. Yet, for some, this time of year feels heavier rather than bright.

This year, I want to dedicate my holiday message to those who faced challenges in 2024, specially, to those searching for jobs, who gave their best to achieve their goals but fell short. And to all professionals who find themselves feeling disappointed or uncertain about what the next year might bring.

To you, I wish courage—the courage to take another step, even when the path ahead is unclear. I wish you patience, self-belief, and confidence. Courage isn’t about never feeling fear or doubt; it’s about moving forward in spite of them. It’s what helps you find hope when things feel impossible and start again when you feel stuck.

And to everyone else, may this season bring joy, warmth, and the happiness of sharing it with your loved ones.
