Moving things forward – especially taking the first step – is challenging for most of us, however you need not tackle this problem alone.
I know a lot of people who are very reserved and who don’t feel confident enough to ask others for help or support.
Taking that first step can be daunting, but one does not have to take it alone. There is help and support available.
Of course a little courage is required to reach out and to start building a circle of like minded people. I believe that one of the best ways to develop the most effective networking circle is to look at people who have already done this successfully. What is their formular? How are they doing it? Just taking a closer look at one’s own circle of close friends and colleagues could already provide some inspiration.
